Mosquitos????

They're fine. Heck, I feed them to fish that will eat them all the time.
 
Are you sure it was a mosquito and not a "Daddy Longlegs" or "Crane Fly"? We don't have many mosquitoes in So. Cal. and the few there are are small.

i have roaches fall in the tank here and there and ive never had a problem. i cant really help with the pest control i live in a old house that looks haunted. LOL

Wow that's a lot of roachs bro if they just fall in the tank. My friend had a roach crawl in her ear when she was asleep. Imagine having to go to the doctor to have that removed.
 
my FH LOVE june bugs. It's getting close to that time too. Bugs are great to feed, but you need to be carefull of any pesticides and/or fertilizers that they may come in contact with.
