1 of my Marimo Balls split off 2 smaller ones over the past 2 weeks and is about to split off another, but the other Marimo Ball has not even so much as shown that it will ever start division. The one that has not split is not as bright of a green color. Is there something wrong with this Moss Ball, and should I be concerned?

3rd division of the 1st moss ball with a 4th otw... still nothing from the 2nd moss ball.
Maybe picking it up and trying to tear some off the exterior would help?

I think this is one of those things that will happen when the plant is ready for it. You really can't force it to kieki if it doesn't 'feel' up to the task. Tearing the plant may just set it back even more.
You mentioned a lighter color then the keiki-ing plant. Do they receive the same amount of light and water current? I'm not an expert on these particular plants... but it would be a place to start.
