moss on rocks?

is it safe to put some moss rock into a tank even if it has some existing moss just from being outside on it? I have scrubbed it, but some of it is just too deep in the folds to get at.

It'll be fine. The moss will eventually die but I doubt they'll give too much impact on the water parameters.
