i have two cichlids, and i want another one to go in my 50
but i want him to be really agressive whats a good one

i have a golden cichlid
and a zebra cichlid

OK, why would you want a really aggressive african cichlid when you already have two other cichlids in there. If you put a really aggressive cichlid in there, it will beat on the other two eventually killing them, but not before the two get ich due to stress, which in turn will infect your really aggressive fish:nilly:

If you understand what you're doing by mixing different tempered fish together, just make sure to get the same size fish, or else the others are as good as food.

The post above is correct though, you're only going to cause harm to the other two.

african cichlids do better in groups with LOTS of hidding spots. the reason you use groups is so that not just one fish gets all the aggression, the aggression is spread out. i cant stand seeing a ten gallon tank with two africans in it. the smaller one is cowering in the corner missing half its fins.

heres a pic of my old african tank. it's kind of blury
