Most fast and consistant breeders??

I have a 20 gallon that I am going to start breeding food in. Which is a better easier and more consistant breeder, convicts or guppies?

Either or convicts i prefer but guppies are soft and will go down easier imo than convicts

the convicts breed faster and get bigger than guppies i would go with convicts

What are you feeding them to?

I tried using convicts as feeders and my oscar, red devil, and my jack dempsey won't touch them. But they definetly eat some guppies!!

guppies are fast and constant breeders so i'd go for them.

how about starving them for a bit then introduce your new feeders... maybe they're more used to guppies than convicts

I would say convicts, however my oscar and red devil hardly ever eat my convicts. I guess it depends on what you are feeding the fry to.
