Most interesting nano fish?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Golden neon gobies and bumblebee gobies.

From what I've read stone cats are quite active. They have similar behavior to cories.
Golden neons are sw?
I'm not really interested in a brackish set up for bumblebees but they are cool!

There is someone locally that keeps them. I'll ask him about the activity

I keep stiphodons, shrimp and a betta in my nanocube.
Bettas are definitely not shy and pretty active from what I've kept. The gobies are always messing around and burrowing under rocks or grazing on algae. Then the shrimp all kind of hang out and do their thing. Of course the betta picks off a shrimp every once and a while though.

I have kept a betta, lots of fun! If the scape proves too expensive I'll go back to a nicer one than my previous LFS 'pavement special' :p

I'll have to check the availability of stiphodon. Never seen them for sale here

I may be breeding endlers in another tank for a bit of extra spending money. So don't worry about that ;)

I have kept one too before he found his way into a filter. Very shy

For me they were great in groups .. you'll hardly ever see them .. dug down into the substrate and came out at night or the second bloodworm came into the tank .. definitely need every gap plugged.. interesting behaviour though

Very cool but not quite my thing, I'm worried about them rubbing their barbels in the fluorite :(
