Most nutritious insects/worms to feed fish?

What kinda insetcs/worms do you feed your fish and what is best nutrition-wise?

IDK about nutritional value, but i feed my fish Crawlers and Red Worms and they love them.

And in when we got the 17 yr. cicadas in Illinois, I fed my fish some and they like them! Sry i couldn't help with the nutrition though.

prolly. beetles and other bugs usually are a good source of protein. prolly a good way to bulk up your fish

Cricket/earthworm/nightcrawler seem to be the best. Superworms has tons of fat! I didnt know that, and also mealworms are kinda high in fat too.

Best for purely predatory fish in sparse feedings but not for herbivores and most omnivores. You'll want less than 38% crude protein for herbivores.
