Most popular P-bass?

Just wondering in your opinion, what would be the most popular/easily available P-bass.

I just want some pics and general information on what you think is the most popular. I looked threw the Cichla ID thread but it only gives pictures no info.

I'm buying a 180 to use as a growout for a black arowana and i kind of want to put a few p-bass in it

In two years Im getting a 375 gallon (96x36x25'' tall)

I still cant decide wther to do an arowana community with the 375 or just have a black aro with p-bass or both, or just p-bass!

If I did both, I still dont know how many of each I could do, and with three aro's being the minimum for a succesful community, I dont really know how much space that leaves for the p-bass.

Its so hard to choose what to do!

But any information on succesful aro/p-bass communities with more then one aro, would be cool, maybe some pics if you have any!

My wife is a total Pbass nut. My fish are the RTC and silver Aro. however the main reason for our choices is personality. Amoung the differant types of Pbass the personality varies more from fish to fish than it does type to type. We have Oc's and Tem's at the moment but give her time...
 
I really like Mono's, they look pretty nice in some pictures. I also like O's, I have seen some nice ones with yellow outlining there black spots down there sides.

I just donw know what to do, do I want An aro school? Do I want a P-bass school?

Or do I want a little bit of both!

I kind of want to do one black aro, ttwo silvers, and three p-bass (Dont know what kind)

wich I think would look cool, but I think I need a bigger tank for that.
 
You have to go with what you like I guess. Personally I prefur Silvers over blacks as far as aros go. It's a question of personal preferance. Going on nothing more than how they look I like the Tem's best out of all of them.
 
Thats why Im getting silvers and blacks! Haha, I like them both. One black, and two silvers. I have heard sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. But if any fighting occurs, I'll probably sell two of the aro's and get some more p-bass.

But I still cant decide if I want both aro's and p-bass or one single aro and a school of p-bass or p-bass by themselves, or just an aro community.

I hate making decisions!
 
Our largest Pbass 9" is in the 150gal and his best buddy in the world is pinky the 12" silver aro. I'll have to take some new pictures to some of them together.
 
Cool man, Hope its workin' out well for you.

I think Im just going to get the black aro set up in the 180 and then think about tankmates.
