I personally like the look of a kamfa or King kamfa, but KGM's rock also!!!

The new strains of quality kamfa are easily the most sought after and expensive. Like the tan king for example.
A show quality fertile Red Texas is the white buffalo of the flowerhorn world.
Gold Monkeys are sought after as well because they have became quiet rare. I dont know why.
The most sought after breed I would say is Kamfa. Most available is ZZ. As far as the most sought after strain, well thats personal taste and individual quality of the fish.
Personally I like Golden base faders.
