My 10inch RTM has for the last few days had what looks like a dislocated jaw. its getting worse the lips are closed now and seem to be protruding farther awat from the body. anything i can do to help. He is not eating obviously. I suspect he ate a small crayfish since all i see is the shell. Then again the crayufish could hav just shed.

Cant really see because of the picture. But if you see the shell of a crayfish in his mouth, all you can do is pull it out. If he wasnt able to swallow it all the way, it may have become lodged in his throat.

now he is in a hospital tank. He has fin rot and his face is turning pale with some red blotches.. nothing in his mouth. I think im losing him.

Your photo is not helpful at all. It's very difficult to distinguish the subject in question. If the jaws were dislocated, you can do nothing about it. Leave that alone. The finrot can be addressed by doing daily water changes until the fins heal.
