Motaguense questions

I've searched a lot of places, and not a whole lot say anything about sexing them, I know mine is far too young to sex (only a little over an inch) but I'm curious on what the first things ill see are.

Also, how's their aggression? Everything I've read says they can be aggressive, but is it anything like a dovii or managuense? Or are they not nearly as bad? I have a managuense and he's horrible with aggression, are motas like this? Or more docile?

The male in the photos I linked to was 14"...every inch as large as a managuense. The Dovii do get much larger.
