Motaguense X Texas cross

Here are some of the fry of a motaguense(which I still have) and a texas cichlid that a friend owns. They cross bred by total accident in may of this year at my school when we kept them together.

Sorry the pictures aren't very good but these little guys are still a bit shy.

jag X texas are pretty amazing so I'm assuming these have even more potential. Was it a gold mota or red?

hm i've been thinking of putting together a female cyanoguttatus and male managuense but i might have to try my male gold motaguense instead. i really like how these little guys look. keep us posted!
