Mother's day dinner

I'm planning to make my mom dinner tommorrow. My question to you is what should I make?

I am a pretty good cook, I am not afraid to make sauces like hollandiase or wine sauces.

Ok I am kinda set on the bruschetta I think its a good Idea, I just hope the marsala and alfredo isn't to rich for her (although she has eaten it a couple times).

I would but judging by the last few mother days all the good restaurants are packed with a at least a hour wait. Besides I think cooking it yourself is more personal.

yesss it's like steamed dumplings filled with different stuff.. soooooooo gooooooooooood... the place i go to is really healthy so i eat and never worry

i just had that for lunch could eat that and sushi for the rest of my liiiiifeeeeee!
