Ok so my mom started dating this guy...well little did I know he is a NHRA pro stock motorcycle drag racer. Well he is getting out after this coming up 08 season and he said he wants somebody to keep him in the sport....Well guess who that somebody is going to be:D . I am so excited guys. I am getting two bikes on tuesday and I am going to build them over winter and get licensed for the IHRA in the spring. He said he might just take me to bristol when we get the bike done though just so I can get licensed sooner. My bike that I am building now is going to be a slower bike and I am going to start racing in the ET brackets and work my way up. Mine is going to run about 10 second quarters. He does 6 sec quarters lol. Well anyways I just wanted to let everybody know since I probably wont be spending as much time here. Although I am not leaving by any means. So anyways I will deffinatly have pics up when they get here.

Cool but hope you're a lightweight fellow.. one or two girls are pro stock drivers and have a huge advantage because of how small they are.. But cool I guess.

Very nice, I am actually going into Road racing motorcycles. Drag racing what type of bikes? You gonna be on a twin or a inline? Probably twins because you said 10 second brackets and stock 1000cc Fours can turn those times no problem, even dip into the 9's with skilled riders. But that is very dope man, definitely keep us posted on your progress. Good luck and keep the shinny side up bro, rubber side down.

Well I am only at like 160 so hopefully I can keep up. But it is going to be a while until I get anywhere near NHRA or anything like that. And yea I think my first motor is going to be a twin...But I am not positive yet I don't have it. Thats really cool that your going to be racing bikes too. I hope that I can actually take this somewhere. The motor I am going to be running first is a regular street bike motor. Its a honda 750 but we are going to tune it up and deffinalty add some mods to it before we get it out on the track. I got some pictures of it so I will post them in the photo gallery.

Best I ever did was an 11.7 on a 96 RF900 during a test and tune day. The bike could have done better, but I'm a big sissy.:D I was always afraid to loop it off the line, but it was a lot of fun.
