I was wondering if Motoros and Hystrix rays would be OK together long term? Considering there size difference, would there be a problem keeping them together?

I was thinking Hystrix rays are also pretty laid back of shy?
Would they be stressed out being in with much larger rays?

Would there be a possibility of them breeding? Has this ever happened before? Can't say I have ever seem a motoro x hystrix hybrid on here before?

I really like Motoros and Hystrix rays and I am planning a 2000g tank that I would like to keep a pair of each in, along with a few silver aros. Does that sound doable?

I copy pasted this from DavidW`s hybrid thread:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...01117-2302.jpg

mother: wild caught Motoro
father: wild caught histrix

2 males were born, this is the only surviving offspring as the other one died in the care of the person I sold it to.

Thank you for the replay. Funny, I actually just found this pic in the hybrid thread DavidW started. So I guess it answers my question about them breeding. So I would assume that it would need to be a female Motoro and a male Hystrix? As the other way around would probably not be good for a female Hystrix?

If Motoro will be too big and Hystrix will be a baby it can be a problem to fight for food for Hystrix.
Yes, male Hystrix and female Motoro will be much better option ;))))
