A few times a day, my female ray will eratically move back and forth about as fast as she can on the gravel utilizing a spot of about 4" as she is doing it. She will do this for about 10-15 seconds or so several times a day. I have 2 males in with her and one seems to like her and even put the other male in its place. Does this have anything to do with breeding or just a strange behaviour? The large male is about 9-10", other male is 8" and the female just a little smaller than the smaller male.
