It depends a lot on the foot print but regular motoros will outgrow a 250g under normal circumstances. It is worth getting to see a full size Motoro as I was quite shocked by a Marble Motoro at full (ish) size and the marbles tend to be smaller as a rule! They are big powerful beasts.
Nice video by the way, Do you ever feed sinking pellets as I do not think mine would come up to the top to get floaters as they are so used to sinkers...I guess it is just down to what they recognise as food.
