Motoro growth rate..

All depends on what & how much u feed & what morph the motoro is. A rough guide would be anywhere from 3-5" per year
My juvenile humerosa has grown 1" per month since I got him 7 months ago. Not as fast as an arrowana, but close!
A few guys locally have motoros and leos pushing 24" already, and I know they've had them less than 2 years.

Ray growth is not linear.
They can easily hit 10" - 12" in the first year. My large female is pushing 18" in diameter and she is roughly 6 years old. However, she is still growing.
