just letting everyone know that the ray is getting bigger his wound is healing pretty good, he eats everytime i feed him. only thing thats making me nervous is the move, iam gonna move in 2 weeks just worried about the water and diseases when i move from water temp dropping, i have well water when i move and i bought a r/o machine but makes only 60 gal a day so it will take me 2 dyas to make enough water, and ideas

no hes eating earthworms and shrimp right now the blackworms have been gone for awhile now hes still skinny but the weight is coming bk slow, iam just happy he pulled thru
 
So glad to see he's doing so well! With as long as he didn't eat its going to take some time to put back on the fat.

Don't worry to much about the move...just do everything you can..hes a fighter and will do great!
 
I cannot really see the use of RO with Rays as you need to change so much water so regularly.

If you have to use it then cut it with tap water that has been dechlorinated. Do not forget to re-mineralise the RO water as it is too unstable in raw form.

Why do you think you need RO - I may have missed something?
