female is simulair
and i don't know if they be that light

i only know that they come from columbia

being from columbia, they should stay somewhat on the lighter side. Very nice pick up indeed !

I would attribute some of the light color to age. I am guessing that it is a very young fish.

it's 16 cm disksize
1inch = 2cm right ???

maybe i'm wrong
i know for sure when he's adult he's much darker
