motoro ray won't eat

I purchased a 5-6 inch motoro ray about a week ago and he refuses to eat. I have tried dead shrimp, live shrimp, minnows, goldfish, and worms,, all with no success. Any idea before I get rid of him. actually wanted a bigger ray anyway. No other fish bothers him swims freely arounfd the tank. don't want to cut the lights off though, not sure how the knife or Tig cat will react at that point.

try diced squid with garlic... it worked for my friend!

chopped up worms always does the trick.

By live shrimp do you mean ghost? I have yet to find a ray that will not eat live ghost shrimp. Is it wild or captive bred?

I;ve had simiilar problem this week and hes now eating chopped earthworms
