Motoro wound

Can anyone identify this wound? Is it a bite wound ( only a 7" arrow is in with him ) or can it be caused by the heater?

Is your heater not covered? All heaters should never come in contact with a rays disk. No matter what caused the above make sure to invest in a simple heater guard going forward or eventually it will cause a burn.
