Canada, eh.
I'm picking up a used 180g tank this weekend, and am looking for advice as I've never moved a tank this large. A few questions for those of you with 180's.. How many guys will I need to move it? Best mode of transportation (ie 1/2 ton or minivan, etc)?

I helped my brother in law move his. We used a truck and just picked it up to load/unload it.

My friend helped me pick up mine. I used an SUV to haul it. If you have to navigate stairs, I would highly recommend using an appliance dolly (not a regular dolly). I had to pick mine up from a third floor apartment (we never would have made it without the appliance dolly!) As for carrying, two fairly strong guys can handle it.

2 guys is good... four would be better. if you have to carry by hand more then 10 yards definatly go with four. as far as a vehicle, minivans do just fine

I could barely fit my 75 along with the stand in an SUV. You may need a pickup truck.

HA lol it only takes 2 guys to move a 260g tank moving 30 odd metres around 2 corners and up a 3.5' lift to a ute!

hmm interesting. The tank is glass, and I was hoping to move it with a friend of mine alone...
