Okay im moving soon and have a pretty good idea of what im going to do but thought i would ask some people who have done it .My idea is to remove the gravel and sand put that into trashbags in 5 gal buckets put my hobs in totes and fish in buckets . Good idea or any advice??
Make sure you put an aerator in the fish buckets once you get to your new location, while you are setting up the tank(s). If your new location is pretty far/long away, maybe find a battery-powered aerator for the ride. I had a friend lose a bunch of fish moving because he didn't aerate the bucket they were in. Good luck!
