I'm moving so I need to transport my tanks. The fish are going to be kept in 35g rubbermaid containers for about 4-5 days until I can get the tanks set back up. I already have the fish in the containers with tank water and the bio bags as well as a few small decorations. I also added a small powerhead to each container for water movement and air circulation. Will this be sufficient to maintain the bacteria for a few days?

should be fine. just gotta remeber that the bacteria need oxygen and food (ammonia) to stay alive
You should be fine just keep an eye on the water quality. Try aiming the powerheads to the surface.
