Im moving from a house were I had a concerete floor to a 1980's single wide mobile home. Getting out of the city. I have a 300 gallon acrylic aquarium. Will the floor of the trailer hold the weight? Will I need to brace the floor from underneath?

I would definitely add additional support to your floor. I would also talk to structural engineer for their imput on the weight issue.
In my opinion, I don't think it will work. I have a 150 gallon and it weighs around 2000 lbs.

ya my tank is about 2400lbs filled.

BUMP

yeah either support it from the bottom or buy a shed to put next to the mobile house and use that as a fish room.

ya i figured it out. going to brace from under the floor for a total of 10 feet by 4 feet.
