So lately, my young (about 1") cutteri in my 15 gallon that I'm growing out have not made much of any progress in the last month or so. I was debating about swapping them and my 4" male HRP who is in my 20 long currently.

This would leave the stocking as such...

20 long - 5 young cutteri (1" each) to grow out, 8 pristella tetras

15 - 4" HRP and 6 small pearl danios

Would this change of scenery encourage them to grow faster?

How many are there in the tank? I raise out fry in 20 gallon tanks. With lots of fry and several feedings a day, I am doing large water changes daily or every other day.

It's only a five gallon difference, so I don't know that it will make much difference in growth. Now if you had a 40 breeder or 55 gallon...

I wish, I sadly don't have room for an additional larger tank (the 20 long is on my dresser, the 15 is under the 55). Once my 55 becomes my 75 (own the tank already) the custom stand I'm having built won't have room for the 15 gallon... So I have to figure something out... I have a 37 with stand in my basement, just don't have anywhere to set it up =\
