Moving bed bio filter media

hey there all...i was wondering if anyone has set up such a filter inside of their aquarium and what did you use? ive seen k1 kaldnes used but its 6 to 8 weeks away from the uk and dont want to wait that long...lol.

anyone have any diy tips on this?

There are other much more efficient forms of bio media and bio filtration. Same principle like a fluidized bed filtration.

Not a fan.
