hi again. im gonna make some changes with the tank to accomodate a retic. stingray. I want to move this baby ray to a 50gal. breeder, (3x2 footprint). the substrate is small and round and I cleared out the whole middle so it can burrow in. i wanted to bring my apollo sharks and the pike cichlid to the fish store and the gouramis in my 125 to my friend's house. then I want to change the substrate to eco-complete so it is like a black soil. (im also wondering if this will mess up my fluval fx5.) so to sum it all up:
125:
1 peacock bass 4"
3 quad dats 5"
3 hujetas 5"
1 green terror 5"
1 ctenopoma
(after I get the bags of eco-complete for the stingray, i will swap the green terror for the retic)
50 gal. breeder

4 pictus cats
2 juvie bristlenose plecos
my hujeta gars may be the next to go to the fish store so I dont have a full tank. i have great filtration on the 125 and the 50 gal. how does this set up seem to you guys? and what would you do differently? (yes the peacock bass will outgrow the 125, a plan is in the works for him)
