moving. how can i bring my fish with me.

Hi all. I'm new to the forum. I live in ny and am planning a move to puerto rico.
I was wondering if anyone knows if I can bring my reef tank which includes corals, inverts, and fish
As well as the 10 koi from my pond with me. If anyone knows te regulations or knows any website that I can go to for information I would greatly appreciate it.
I also plan on bringing my orchid colection and my cali kingsnake with me, so could use your help on that too. Thanks a mil

im pretty sure those are questions you would need to direct at customs.

an idea would be to find a fish seller/breeder that ships fish, and pay him to pack and ship your fish to PR under his licenses/permits and what not, as if it was just another sale for him, and your just another buyer.

not exactly sure how that would work seeing as you need to have the fish shipped from here, and would also need to receive them in PR and get them into tanks somehow.
