Ye I will do I will ask about beams load bearing wallsi believe you but it is a liability question for a professional who knows about the structure of the building. I also do not want anything to happen to anyone.
Not sure where in the world you live, but here in the US most apts only allow 50gal tanks or smaller. They are around the same weight of an adult in a full bathtub, is there reasoning here. Also they will require you to have renters insurance.Write I'm moving in to a up stairs flat an stitch is coming with me now my issue is this tank weights 400 kilo with just water that's with out substrate or rocks will the floor take it

I get away with 2 125gal tanks in an apt due to the owner runs the place and don't mind so long as I have the insurance. Its a small complex of only 20 apartments. Generally if ran by a management company they won't allow bigger tank for no reason.
Naaa she crack the glassJust put a Megan Markle figurine in the tank and no problem.
