Moving in to flat

Write I'm moving in to a up stairs flat an stitch is coming with me now my issue is this tank weights 400 kilo with just water that's with out substrate or rocks will the floor take it

Not sure where in the world you live, but here in the US most apts only allow 50gal tanks or smaller. They are around the same weight of an adult in a full bathtub, is there reasoning here. Also they will require you to have renters insurance.

I get away with 2 125gal tanks in an apt due to the owner runs the place and don't mind so long as I have the insurance. Its a small complex of only 20 apartments. Generally if ran by a management company they won't allow bigger tank for no reason.

I'm in the uk right in the bottom of England little island in the sea an no were ok for big tanks I was just wondering if others on hear let u keep big thanks

Definitely check with your landlord, that will be the deciding factor
