KEY is to keep the water temperature stable and for that many stock, invest in several battery operated aerators , backup batteries (ive had bad battery before) and get coolers or buckets. plus know your limitations. will you have the room to move all of those guys in the car etc? like some people drive with their windows down in the cold or forget them sitting out in the car in the heat and forget about the temperature of the fellas. They just can't handle the shock sometimes.

the crays won't be an issue, they can just chill in a container just fine for that long. Just don't move them in the same tub/container/bucket with the other fish though.

What size is the fish you got though?
