I've had my stingray since January 2013, got her as a small pup. She's slowly grown (~disc and tail around 14") and I believe she's ready now for the 265g (currently in 125g). My questions- I've an Achara x tsn catfish, ~20" or so who has been with same tankmates and lives peacefully with since 2009. However, when I first got the stingray and put her in their tank (was 125g at time), he went after her a cpl times and bit a piece of her disc off. Was small but the "scar" is still there. Now they've both grown bigger, would it be safe to try again (she's more confident to defend herself)? I'd like feedback on others who has a ray and cat living together where the Ray is smaller. I lost a few of my favorite collection of fish in last 5 years and I've only 3 left-these 2 plus a giraffe cat. My main fear is the 265g is so deep I won't be able to scoop her out if the hybrid attacks her...
