Moving stock from tank to tank

I'm moving my stock from a 29g to a 55g, if I'm using the same HOB filter should I have to worry about having to cycle it again?

Right now there's a penguin 350 and an aquaclear 20 I think. I plan on reusing the 350 and buying an aquaclear 110. Should I be okay with just transferring the fish over? It's not heavily stocked, my Pleco is just getting too big for the tank.

If you can transfer your substrate if any, your filters and maybe about 30% tank water you should be good to go. I don't see any problem there, I've done it before.

All you need to do is transfer the filters. The filters hold 90% of the beneficial bacteria
