Moving sushi

Thats IS fresh. My G-pa told me that on his trip to Korea, they ate some sashimi (raw fish) and the chef fillet it right in front of them. Then put in back together to look like it was never cut.
He told me it was stil kicking and squrming. When he put it in his mouth he said he could still feel it twitch.

It's happened to me before...here's the story:
I went to my usual sushi place and I saw "Fresh Santa Barbara Shrimp" on their daily special. I ordered it because it sounded good. Next thing I know, he pulls out this box with shrimp that were neatly stacked. He pulls 2 out, slaps them around and puts them in front of me. All of a sudden, I see the antenna move! He takes them away, rips the heads off and sends it to the kitchen, rips the shells off, deveins it, slaps it on some rice and serves it with the heads that came back from the kitchen, deep fried :WHOA: I didn't mind the fried heads, but the shrimp was still kinda pulsing. Not as bad as this vidoe, but I just didn't want to eat it after that show. But I did eat it because I didn't want to piss off the Chef. It was great  ...but I was horrified to find out that "Fresh"="Live" I've never ordered any shrimp since...unless it's cooked.

Man I love Sashimi. My uncle prepares it all the time, but usually only out of yellowtail tuna that is fresh caught. Throw some wasabi and ginger and a little soy sauce, mmm mmm good. Now that is good eats right there.
