Hey guys!! I have another question about my turtle pond. I am currently digging it. It is about 13 foot long and 9 1/2 foot wide, averaging somewhere around 4000 gallons of water being 5 foot deep. I am gonna move my Red Ear out there, since my mom won't let me get another indoor tank big enough for my other turtle as they won't go together (my red ear is a butt). The thing is, I haven't had him hibernate any in his life. I am really worried about that. He will be staying out all winter, so will he automatically hibernate? And will he be ok since he hasn't before? Please tell me anything you possibly can about the situation. I will probably have an anxiety attack by the time spring rolls around to see how he handled it. Thank you for your help!!!!
