Was time to move to a bigger place yesterday. Gf's 55 easy, 20gal turtle easy, my 330gallon plywood tank? OH BOY. The entrance to the new place is through the garage(back) then you would have to take a left into the room where the tank was going. lets say a single 2x4 was a tight fit. Long story short I had to take the entire dam tank and stand apart, then piece by piece bring it into the room and reassemble it. All while the fish were sitting in rubbermaids in the garage for hours. Canopy you say? I got so fed up and didnt wanna take that apart so Im not bringing it with.

Lesson learned? Perhaps make a tank that isnt so dam big!

Plus side, no fish losses! Tanks a little bit cloudy from dumping the 150lbs of sand back on and i snapped the ceramic shaft to my pump. Gotta put the new one in, but I am lazy.

this is one of the main reasons why I don't have a massive tank yet.

If I move again Im going back into a kiddie pool until I buy a house.

i had a hard time just moving a 100gal up stairs, had to build a new stand cause old one was way overbuild and became to heavy and bulky to carry up 2 flight of stairs.
