Moving with fish

Hi Guys,

I am planning to shift my 2' Arowana after a couple of months.

If any of you can share your experiences, it would be of great help.

The place where I will be shifting my aquarium is around 2 hours drive.

I am worried as to how to shift him with minimum stress.

One more worrying factor is to kick start the tank again immediately.

Ideally I will be filling the tank immediately with conditioned water to introduce the fish in the tank.

But in worst circumstances I might have to wait for a day or two to do the same.

Is it possible to keep the fish in the travel container till then or I have to make some other arrangements for that.

Do you have another tank you can have already waiting at your new place? So you only have to take fish, filters, and water. Then get the tank on the next trip.
