Anyone ever heard of a South American Mozaic Gar? They have them for sale at my LFS. They almost look like baby florida gars but with lips. Sorry no pics, I don't have a hip camera phone.

Actually it's spelled "Mosaic". I googled it and only found places selling them. No actual info on them.

They are nervous, get around a foot. It's called a Boulengerella maculata.

Thanks. I didn't think they were true gars. I just thought this would be a good area to ask about them.
