This is the small 3.5 inch senegal bichir, that I had since December 26th. He would have been much bigger if his tank mate, a three month younger glutton, didn't constantly wound and dominate him.
He recently got his right fin chewed to the flesh so now he is back in my forty gallon. For those of you who never had to quarantine a fish due to injury, their is an awesome feeling seeing that fish recover and change from a weak and malnourished fish to an strong and healthy one. He is still injured, but better.
