Mu Shark Cat fish is really sick!

guys around two days ago i started seeing white lines on my cat fish
something similar has shown up on a angel fish too

sadly i had lost two juvenile oscars and an angel fish, and i am fearing that this was the case. but i didnt note it till now.
i ll post the image please try to give me what might be wrong.

ps. i got medicine for white spot / ich and treated them with no results.

I would do several water changes to remove the meds from the water and I hope you took out the carbon/filter before you put in the meds. If you didnt take out the carbon/filter, change it. I think it looks like a parasite crawling under there skin. I would add salt, like 3 teaspoons per gallon. I would wait for a more experienced member just in case
