I will soon be upgrading some of my tanks and the Mrs. says something has got to go first...so my beloved Clarity plus unit is up for grabs.
I picked this thing up from a friend several years ago and it was in sorry shape. The acrylic is pretty much all cloudy and it had a couple of breaks in it (2 on the sump and one on the right side of the top level). I have patched the crack and it holds water like a champ now. I also replaced all of the plumbing and bulkhead fittings and screens on the overflow side.
The unit is 4' wide and probably 7' high. Two of the dividers from the middle level have been taken out but I have them (I like having the more open compartments on that level).
The unit has 9 media trays in the sump, 3 floss and 6 that are plastic discs and ceramic rings/stars. And will come with a Pondmaster 800 gph pump and a 500 watt Catalina Titanium heater.
Asking $425 for the unit, pump and heater.
I have a truck and may deliver it in the Louisville area for a small fee, PM me and we will discuss...
