Hi
So I have a 90 gallon fancy goldfish tank, sump filter with bag and balls, and a sponge in the tank. Right now there are 7 fancies about 3-4" body length, and a 0.5" baby I kept and put in a grow out tank to join them in a few more weeks. The entire top is covered in water lettuce, I have to scoop out a gallon every other week or so.
I'm trying my best to simulate a pond where they can more continuously graze like they are designed to do, so I want to feed them 5 or 6 small meals a day, but I also want variety.
Does anyone use two auto feeders each with different food? I was thinking of one with goldfish flakes (I have the omega brand right now, it bothers me hikari added MSG...) and then one with freeze dried bloodworms. I also grow duckweed in a different tank and throw it in there for them as a treat on occasion.
