Couple are being given away. Tank is sufficient to manage 3 full grown.

Have seen them in tanks together and in smaller sizes.

How about full grown specimen?

How about adding two smaller to one established?

new 1.5 footers, old over 2 feet. Existing fish is docile. cohabing with other non channa fish at the moment.

Thanks.

If it doesn't work out I doubt there will be much of the fish left to put elsewhere LOL. I would say it's not going to work

Here would be my worries

1st are the 2 new channa used to docile tank mates? Or will they go on a killing spree. Secondly are they a mated pair? If so your 3rd wheels will likly get mangled, and If u got lucky and everyone gets along then you will have a ticking time bomb as they mature 2 of those snakeheads might pair to breed and when that happens they will destroy everyone else!

dont think it's a mated pair. they're left overs at an LFS that needs the tank space for something else. offered them to me at no cost. Have had different tank mates over the months, currently with some pleuros.

i might try one then. thanks for the info.

Good luck with it, pleuro's are differnt from most snakeheads, let us know how it works out, and hope that out of he 3 that u don't end up with a pair who wants there privacy!LOL
