I noticed multiple pin holes kind of thing on blood parrot head since 3 days. full tank cleaning on last Thursday- almost a week.
Tested Nitrates, AMmonia to be Zero and nitrites to be 20. Prior tank cleaning only difference is nitrites at 60/80.

The affected parrot been blind for almost 7 months. 6 months in to the current tank. Prior becomingd during blind it didn’t eat for almost a two months.

Rest of 4 parrots also not eating since last water change, currently using Epsom salt in to the tank on alternate day.
I do 50% water change on a weekly basis with gravel vacuum. During water changes, Seachem Safe and Blue liquid (guess Methylene) are used per dosage for 200ltrs.

Btw- one of its eye seems to be deteriorated inside which initially was looking like a layer but now like a pin hole between the silver shell ( eye frame) which grown heavy.

Attached the pic. Any advise?

sounds like the tank hasn't cycled properly, or else you'd be reading negligible ammonia and nitrite, and present nitrate.

You may have to up your water changes to let the tank establish over time and reduce the level of toxins, also what sort of filtration are you running? It may not be enough for the bioload

ps hole in the head disease (if this is it) is common in cichlids kept in less than desirable water conditions, it is helped by providing fresh, clean water, there are also other medications available, to varying degrees of success that other members will know more about

mistaken between nitrite and nitrates. Filtration is mechanical

Corrected Nitrites to Nitrates and vice versa.

Those holes do look like the disease HLLE.
It happens when there is enough chronic stress to lower immune response, and allow disease to set in.
The stress can be caused by any number of things.
Nitrate toxicity is common (from reduces water quality) (nitrate is not able to be filtered out), is a major culprit. More frequent and larger water changes are the best way to control nitrate.
Other things "can" also bee stressors.
Temp too hot, or too cold, abusive tank mates, drastic pH drop from lack of water changes, even lights left on 24/7.

Thanks. Temperature is always maintained either at 30/32 C. Lights schedule is more or less same with +30 minutes.(7 AM -10PM). No abusive tank mates. Tank was stable for 3+ months. May be the stress during water changes is the only reason that I could think of. Impacted fish which is blind, found a way to find its pellets and it grabs decent if not belly full. I did 70% water change today with seachem safe & Mr.Blue( Believe Mythelene). Planning to do 2/3 changes for the week and next. Any other suggestions?
tlindsey suggested Blue will harm BBB, shall Blue (Mythelene) be stopped for now or forever?

I suggest upping your water change schedule forever, sounds like your average regime is not keeping up with fish waste nitrate production.
HLLE does not go away quickly, it will take a long time in better water quality.
And I agree with Tom, medication is not the solution, water quality is.
I also believe you are keeping your average temp too high (32C is @89F) and those high temps tend to favor pathogenic bacteria.
I wouldn't go higher than 28"C, if fact if it were me 26'C would be my target.
