Multiple pond setup in the making.

The time has finally come for me to get going on my garage pond setups. These will all be on one side of a 2 car garage once I finish cleaning up the place. Here is a break down of all the ponds: 500, 300, 300, 150.
I will start off with a couple of the easy ones a 300 and a 150 that are connected together and run off one pond pump and filter.

Next is the 500. This one is going to be running the same equipment that I had on my 600 gallon tank. Only difference with this from my 600 is running the pumps in the pond to 2 seperate sumps. One sump will house the heaters, filter socks, and other media including the reactor. Here is the progress as of tonight.




That is it for one night. I will update more tomorrow once I have the first sump up and running. Second sump will go in on Saturday. Anybody have any thoughts or suggestions feel free to chime in.

Best update I can say right now is I have completely changed everything. I actually have had fun with this one. As soon as things are a little further along I will post some pictures. Here is a teaser shot.

I thought this was going to go together easier and hassle free when I set it up recently. Ha...thought wrong...brand new Ultima ii shipped to my house with 2" valves and they boxed it with 1.5" couplers. They ended up sending the new couplers next day air on them. That is service. Opened up the pools original bulkhead size to accept 2" with zero problems. Connected to a sequence 750 pump. More to follow once I sort out the inside.
