Ok, just wondeirng, how easy is it to keep multiple silvers in a tank?
i hear mixed things but this is my first time here at MFK, you guys are the specialists in the fish everyone turns their back to cos they are f*cking huge!:D
im a MFK, i want to put 2 or 3 silvers in a 8 tank. is this easily done?
or is there a massive chance of death?
how do we come about it? can we introduce adults into a tank? should be introduce them all together? or does it not matter?

Two silvers is hit and miss, three are more likely. The 8 foot long tank would be fine as long as it has 4 foot of witdth. Realize eventually this fish will get around 3 foot long and the deserve at least that size tank.

Right now i have 1 Jardini and 2 silvers in my tank. I had the Jar 1st and then added the 1st silver and then a month or so added the 2nd one. They chased each other around the tank for a day or so but then calmed down and all has been fine since. They are all 12"+ now, they were around 6 inches when i put them all in.

well i donno if ur willing to let go of ur jardini... but a 3com silver wud have a higher rate of success than having jar nixed up in there.

Would be better if you introduce them in all at once. Hopefully they have good temperments and personalities!
