Depends what kind of plants and what your water's like I'd guess. In general plants should benefit from water changes because it tends to replenish trace nutrients they need, but the reverse can be true if you're keeping the NPK levels too low for them to grow well. Plants can also be subject to the same stresses from temperature changes as fish (changing that much water I think it's safe to assume that pH and hardness will be constant). Also if you're fertilizing obviously this schedule will complicate your life. I'd say just test for N and P after a week and after two weeks of doing this, and if you have readings then it's probably good for the plants. If you don't, adjust accordingly.

Why do you want to change that much water anyway?
