My kid dropped a rubber band in the tank...

Of course my sunshine pleco has to swim through the loop and now it is stuck on him. I discovered it this morning but thankfully it is not too tight so it is not bothering the pleco at the moment...

I am not looking forward to try to catch him tonight...his favorite hole is on the bottom of all my rock work :irked:

Just wait for him to be out and try and net him then.....

*chuckle*

It was actually easier than I thought. the hole had 2 exits; I blocked one end with a net and went in the other with my hand; and he ran into the net.

Gave me a chance to take a look at him too; I don't get to do that too often as I only see his tail ever since I got him 3 weeks ago. Seems to be healthy; nice full stomach.

its always such a relief to catch a fish without having to destroy the whole tank, especially when you are dreading it beforehand. glad it worked out for you.
