I have a Murray cod that has had issues for months. It appears that he can't swallow food.
He is always opening his mouth and flaring gills.
1. Size of tank?
6x3x3 around 1250 litres (330g)
2. Water parameters
a. Ammonia? 0
b. Nitrite? 0
c. Nitrate? Last test was around 100ppm. I've done multiple 60% water changes
d. pH, KH and GH? pH 7.5, kH 5
e. Test kit?
Salifert
3. Temperature? 18 c (64f)
4. FW (fresh water) or BW (brackish)?
Freshwater
5. How long the aquarium has been set up?
3 + years
6. What fish do you have? How many are in your tank? How big are they? How long have you had them?
Only a Murray cod. 70cm (27"). Around 18 months
7. Were the fish placed under quarantine period (minus the first batch from the point wherein the tank is ready to accommodate the inhabitants)?
Yes
8. a. Any live plants? Fake plants?
A couple of fake plants
b. Sand, gravel, barebottom?

c. Rocks, woods, fancy decors?
Any hollow decors?

When eating, used to be pellets. Now only eats yabbies (crayfish) and superworms
How often are they fed?
The cod hasn't eaten for 3 months. He has started eating crayfish and superworms

Head shaking, flaring of gills, can't swallow it's food and is more shy
b. Appearance of poop?
Haven't seen any because of not eating
c. Appearance of gills?
Seems normal

Only added salt at 4ppt
